I had a boss that passed away. He was 65. He took a chance on me


I do not have an Engineering degree or Computer Science degree but he promoted me at work from a technician to an Engineer. He drank and smoked a lot but he was with the company for over 40 years and never got to enjoy his pension or 401k. His son was a doctor.
